At Pete Bailey Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page outlines our returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Your right to cancel

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please contact us by email at petebaileybook@gmail.com with your order number and details of your return.

Once you’ve let us know, you then have 14 more days to send the item back.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If the book is damaged, marked, or not in resaleable condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to purchase. We’ll also refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty or we sent the wrong item. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can put things right quickly.

Items that can’t be returned

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Personalised or signed copies (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)
  • Digital downloads once the download has started
